El personal muy amable, principalmente los de recepcion. Hacen muy facil el check in, check out y te guardan tu equipaje si es necesario. la habitacion incluye 2 botellas para agua que es refill. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, limpio y comoda cama. Los cuartos son pequeños, en especial el baño, pero es esperado en este tipo de hoteles, pero comodo, para solo dormir esta muy bien. Tiene una estacion del BART a 2 cuadras.

Las habitaciones con alfombra, aunque parecian limpias, siempre me parece antihigienico que haya alfombra.
