Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Warm and spacious reception lobby. Clean and well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location central to appealing neighborhoods, felt safe to walk around at night. Will book here again when visiting San Francisco again.

Galleria was outstanding! Loved the central location - we walked everywhere from Union Square to Fisherman's Wharf to Chinatown. Hotel was charming and the room was lovely, well appointed and super clean with great daily housekeeping. Loved the sipping hour in the lobby each evening and getting to meet other guests and staff.

Loved this hotel! Cool vibes, great location, nice perks - free Happy Hour, Illy coffee & good water in the rooms. I would definitely recommend.

The rooms are small but not much to be done about that since that's the older architecture. I don't have any complaints.
