Galleria Park Hotel

We thought the location was spot on. The rooms were clean and spacious for three of us family members. Gallaria provided value for the price while the noise level on the third floor was minimal. We found the Bistrobar to be way overpriced. Our bill without a tip was over $400 for a three-course dinner and one bottle of lower-end price range white wine. They added a 20% tip without asking. I'd avoid the restaurant, but do stay at the hotel!

I recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel for the first time. This hotel has a great charm to it from the look and feel of the hotel along with their staff is absolutely amazing. When I got out of my Uber, a doorman greeted me and carried my luggage up the 3 steps and left it next to the registration desk. I was greeted by the front desk staff and she asked me how the weather was in Las Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised. I just came in from there. While she was getting me a room, she shared about the history of the fortune cookie and offered me one from the original manufacturer Golden Bakery. That was such a nice touch. She then handed me my keys and told me about the free coffee in the morning, sipping hour and told me about their outdoor Atrium. While I was leaving my room, I bumped into housekeeping which greeted me with a smile and asked if there are any additional toiletries that I may need. That was really kind of them to ask. The hotel was very nice. If you are looking for a boutique hotel and not looking at the large commercial hotels like Hilton, this one is definitely a gem. The elevators come down quickly, which I appreciated and when I got into my room, I thought it looked homely and welcoming. I was greeted with a note from the staff recognizing me as an Expedia VIP member and a bottle of champagne. They have toiletries available for you and you can call housekeeping for additional if you forgot something. Room also comes with an espresso machine and 2 full Path Water bottles which you can refill if needed. Bedding was comfortable and I couldn't wait to jump in after a long day. Check out was awesome as well. I was able to check out within 15 seconds. You can check out via your TV but I'm always paranoid and go downstairs. It took me all but less than a minute to check out and have my receipt emailed to me. Overall this experience was pleasant. They made me really feel like home and I would definitely go back. Highly recommend it.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme im Financial District, fußläufig zum Union Square. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Die Lobby war sehr schön mit einem offenen Kamin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Morgens gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee und abends eine Weinhour. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Besser ein Zimmer zur Sutter Str oder Hof anfragen. Die andere Straße ist etwas lauter. Aber auch auszuhalten.

Beautiful lobby area, cocktails at 5:00. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and well appointed.

The room was facing the street and was quite noisy from outside traffic. The manager said that the problem is being addressed and renovations to those room is scheduoed.

Loved the location, amenities, comfortable bed and friendly staff. You get two bottles of water, which you can refill throughout your stay.

I have nothing negative to say about the property.
