スタッフの笑顔、接客が良かったです。１７時からのSippping　timeで一息つくことができました。朝の無料コーヒーはおいしかったです。共有の浄水器や製氷機があったのも使いやすかったです。

バスタブが部屋になかったです。

"The place to stay in the city"

Loved the Hotel, Staff were great, Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Gin happy hour was festive… Wonderful breakfast sandwich. We will definitely be back & recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Galleria Park Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to recognize Mira, Ryan and Alexis for their outstanding hospitality. They were consistently warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Their kindness and dedication to guest service made a lasting impression and elevated the overall experience.
