It was a clean hotel and staff was very friendly! Valet staff was amazing too.

I wasn’t aware hotel charges for parking which that alone is 74.00 extra on top of your stay and a few charges for tax as well. Other than that hotel was very clean n nice staff.

I enjoyed the location, room size, and cleanliness. The hotel staff was professional and warm.

Great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwich was clean and healthy.

The window in the bathroom did not close which made it a bit uncomfortable to be in there during the colder mornings. The lighting in the bath is low making it difficult to dress in the morning.

The location was amazing and the room was clean. The lobby and hallways were nicely designed.

The doors to other rooms were heavy and slammed throughout the night, waking me up on several occasions.

I perform with Esforço at Carnival in San Francisco every May, and for the past few years we’ve stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel. What a beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean and lovely, and the staff is so friendly, helpful and fabulous. They also offer a complimentary happy hour every day at 5 PM in the lobby, which has a cozy sitting area and fireplace. I worked with Annie Rathore and Jessie Manuel to arrange a group rate, and they were absolutely wonderful; flexible, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. The hotel is conveniently located in the Financial District in downtown San Francisco and just two blocks from BART. I look forward to staying there and working with them again.
