US1 of 4 elevators worked. It was very difficult to get to room and out of the hotel. We were late for a wedding due to length of time it took to get an elevator. The staff at the front desk were rude when asked about the lack of elevators working.
Marshall in the Tavern Restaurant Bar was perfect! Stayed attentive without hovering or interrupting. Super polite and helpful!!

We were meant to check in at 4pm. By 6.30pm we had a room, but not the one we had booked, a downgrade with 100 dollars off. Not really good enough. And room wasn’t cleaned so spent 4 days with a full bin
Overall stay was wonderful. I have to compliment their shuttle service, which saved us a lot of time and money. since we were in town for an event at the convention center. Sean in guest services and who drove the shuttle was the friendliest and best. It's a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
