USThe hotel rooms themselves are well insulated. Our room was nice and quiet. It was wonderful! We had a view of the city which was great!
There was an indoor swimming pool, but there was no hot tub. It was the one thing I was hopeful for. I will say that the property does not list one so I shouldn't have expected one.
USUSUSUSThe location was great. Walking distance to so many places to eat and see. The room and bathroom were very clean and well kept up. The pool was very nice and appreciated the provided towels. When we had an issue with the ice machine they were quick to come and fix the issue.
Fold in the restaurants onsite was mediocre! But surrounding restaurants in Richmond were good.
