I liked the fact that everything was right there in the hotel, restaurant, bar, gym, pool etc... I came to Philadelphia to visit with my girlfriends, my one friend is disabled and has a hard time walking, it was nice to be able to have everything right there to enjoy...we never left the hotel...lol the service and staff were so pleasant and nice..this is my go to stay when I come to Philadelphia

"It made me not trust that the hotel was properly cleaned"

I like the renovations, the staff was friendly.

We went into our room found a used wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain and blood at the button of the toilet near the floor 🤮
