"Not bad but the service could've been better"

The door to the bathroom wouldn't open from the inside and when mentioned to reception, they sent maintenance to look at it and they didn't do anything to fix it.

"It was relaxing"

The location was great. Front desk staff very friendly. I ate at the bar I got steak tacos OMG they were so delicious I ordered some the next day.

I don’t like the ideal of asking the front desk to have house keeping to clean the room. The TOWELS are VERY HARD and felt like SANDPAPER. The ice machine was on every other floor. Very in convenient!!!!!

"Won’t stay here again…"

Location and price compared to other hotels in area.

The beds are not comfortable! The towels are too hard need to add softener to wash, the toilet in 549 needs new flusher. I called the front desk about the party’s going on literally on the 5 th floor and how loud the people were in the hall and all I got was they had several weddings. Not my problem, I paid for my room just like them and I expected to be able to go to sleep when I wanted not when they decided to stop partying! I will never stay here again! Hotel has become the party hotel I noticed!
