"Overall good. Great Location. OK for the price."

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choice. Location was excellent for access to Historic centre.

Although communal areas of hotel look fine. Our room was quite smelly and a bit run down. It was looking very tired. The bed was very firm.

Located in the old historical part of town. Superb views from our room. Terraced bar with amazing views. Secure underground parking but at a cost!

Difficult to locate on the gps and maps.me and roadworks in several places. However, they do send you instructions upon booking.

Location, location, location. In the heart of Sintra. The hotel wasn’t what I expected. I’ve been to other NH mainly in Spain, Germany, and Portugal and all of them excelled. This one is in need of paint and maintenance. The toilet seat in my room was badly chipped, and the lack of maintenance is palpable. Breakfast was excellent with beautiful views of the mountains. The lack of maintenance is in the rooms and the outside of the hotel. The rest is fine and the attention in NH brand.

Easy access to the centre with different restaurants around for easy access.

There was a lot of construction work happening around and it was difficult to get to the hotel not knowing that before-hand.
