no me pusieron ayudar a eliminar una noche de mi reservation original, ya que tuve que hacer check out un dia antes de lo previsto 😔 dijeron que ya la había pagado y no podrían regresarme nada

Room was very clean and well designed. The lobby was quite nice, as well. Very nice location.

The heater alternated on and off every few minutes and the sound woke me up many times throughout the night. I tried dialing the temp down much lower in the hopes that it would not go on and off as frequently, but it kept cycling on and off no matter what. Other than that, I thought it was a great room. Also, the check-in staff could have been a little friendlier. .
