"Excellent"

Great location for visiting family in Porthcawl. Village feel with plenty of pubs, and sea around 20mins walk.Staff were great. Food was good.

Rooms spotless but looking tired and in need of renovation. The TV was pixelated on most channels but the WiFi was good enough to stream on the iPad.

Very tired and grubby accommodation. Dinner, was no more than microwave specials. I definitely would not stay again! Very Poor. 👎

Great location for visiting friends. Cute pub in a cute village. Clean, well organised.

"A good location to stay as was visiting family in Porth Cawl"

The location was good

The rooms were very tired and tatty. Not cleaned to a good standard. Mould all around the bath. No hooks to hang towel, dust everywhere. Pictures taken off walls but nails left in walls. Breakfast average on first morning but much better on final day.

"Great South Wales comfort"

Room was comfortable needs some updating and freshened up decor.

Noisy, needs some door holders or softeners to stop door banging downstairs was very frequent but only negative. Food and staff were great.

Good individually prepared breakfast. Wifi pretty reliable.

The stairs and corridors are rather battered and look very tired. Room TV has no signal, so to watch TV use wifi and mobile phone.
