Servizio impeccabile e colazione buonissima

Facilities were good, the room was clean and quite big. Location was great.

The check-in was available until 18 CET (there was no way to get the keys of the room at 11 CET when we arrived nor at 20 CET, so we had to come back from the beach just to recollect the keys) At check-out we kindly ask to leave the car in the parking lot but again, we could leave it until 15 CET. Breakfast not included despite paying almost €400 per night. Overall we expected more flexibility and better services for such an expensive stay.

A Villa fica ao lado de um grande parque maravilhoso , repleto de vegetação e lindas esculturas - o VILLA DURAZZO, com vista para o mar. Por conta disto ouve-se o canto dos pássaros o dia todo. Estacionamento próprio no local. Atravessando uma viela que sai de frente deste parque chega-se a orla da marina, de onde saem embarcações para Porto Fino e outras cidades interessantes. Santa Marguerita é uma cidade muito bonita e vale a pena também um giro de carro pelas redondezas para desfrutar das belas vistas. Ficamos no alojamento térreo, com entrada privativa ( o que foi bom depois de ter enfrentado tanta escadaria e ladeiras íngremes, em cidades medievais, pelo caminho) Cama confortável e ducha excelente. Tudo muito limpo, com serviço de arrumadeira diário. Cozinha razoavelmente equipada. Café da manhã bom e farto. Fomos atendido pelo FÁBIO, o faz tudo, pessoa muito simpática e prestativa. Super spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. It is steps away from Villa Durazzo, a park with incredible views, makes you feel in a movie.

Top quality throughout, lovely friendly staff and only a 4 minute walk from the centre of town. Absolutely spot on..
