The Stamford Hotel

Personal and location was great.

Their swimming pool was on renovation but they didn’t mention that clearly so my swimming suit wasn’t used there and bath collect water on feet when you take shower some hair was founded after someone on my supposed to be fresh towel. And toilet didn’t flash easy. I feel sad about it.

Was not clean. The elevator is not clean. They did not have enough carts. The floors could be cleaner place needs to be updated.

I stayed here because they had a special on the Hopper app. Little did i know, they charge guests $25 just for parking in the guest section of the parking lot, WOW - Really?? So they immediately negated the supposed "special" that they advertised. That's Low. In addition, there is no free breakfast in the morning, just free coffee only - between the hours of 5am - 8am!! Guaranteed I will miss out on that, with the hours I usually sleep. So thanks for that, The Stamford. A weird unhoused looking man got in the elevator with me and got out on my floor, although he had no key card, and was trying to talk to me and follow me to my room. I just walked away really quickly and went into my room and closed the door. The elevator key card only lets you go to your floor. no other ones - I've never seen one like that before. So if your room is on the 7th floor, you can only use your card to get to the 7th floor and not any of the other ones unless someone in the elevator is already going there. Weird. The shower was only a "rain" shower where the water falls out of a large shower head as though it's raining. There was no hand held shower attachment so you could directly wash "downstairs" if you know what I mean. Gross! I want a bathtub or a hand held attachment because I want the water directly on the parts I want to wash. To their credit, the water was good and hot. The room itself was comfortable and cute. The bedding was clean and the heat and AC worked ok. I just don't want to be nickel and dimed. $25 to park at a hotel you're staying at is too much.
