Sorell Business Hotel Ador Bern

Stayed in Bern for 3 days and used it as a base to explore region. This hotel was a short walk to the train station and the staff was superb! I would stay here again!

We made a last-minute reservation at the hotel when we arrived in Bern, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant stays of our entire European vacation. Although the price was a little higher than we were used to paying, the value was good when you factor in the free (outstanding) breakfast and free metro bus passes. More importantly, everyone at the hotel was exceedingly friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Bern we would most certainly stay at the Hotel Sorrell.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are somewhat small, and the hotel lobby goes dark after ~ 8pm.

I changed my travel schedule and arrived hotel in the morning. Hotel reception was so kind and helped to check for room available for me to early check-in.

Very small room. Good breakfast. Very close to train station. Not too far from old town. Super staff.

2 weeks in Italy with a few days excursion to Switzerland Zermatt and Zurich. Chosen this location for convenience after the excursion and headed back to Milan. Access to the rail station was convenient and a nice shopping mall with supermarket nearby. Breakfast at 6:00am helped since we had early trip to Zermatt. Overall great stay experience.

Good location, about 2 blocks to bus center and 3 blocks to train station and 3 blocks to start of old town. Good breakfast buffet. Good beds but sometimes comforter/duvet can be too hot

Nice experience, very helpful staff, accessible to lod town and train station by walking or local tram and buses.

Staff very friendly especially during breakfast. But overall hotel cannot provide some basic stuff like adaptor/socket. Wifi always not working. I requested adjacent rooms long ago when booking for my parents so that I could take care of them, but hotel did not take this into account when making the room arrangement so we had rooms in separate floors. Hot in room even with electric fan, too noisy to open the window.
