Overall god experience and large rooms . Enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are very big amd great for families, however, kids will be kids and they were rude about it. Rooms are alittle outdated.

My room was very clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was good and the customer service was splendid. I was greeted every time i entered the lobby and the lobby was also clean. This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in. i recommend this hotel to anyone who is from out of town looking for a nice place to stay.

The Room was very clean , the customer service was excellent, i loved the breakfast & Tasha was the sweetest ,most understanding best house keeper i’ve had . i would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and great customer service

rooms were very clean and the employees were all so sweet & welcoming the breakfast was great also i will definitely be staying again when i visit augusta anyone that is taking a trip soon to augusta i would recommend this hotel i really enjoyed my stay

Room very spacious and clean, staff friendly and professional hotel could use an update but all around. I enjoyed my stay. every time I stay staff make me feel like family love the service that housekeeping gives every day will return next year.

Due to my work over the past year I’ve had to frequent this hotel often. Tiera at the front desk is awesome as well as the other staff. I especially appreciate that the lobby and breakfast area is always clean when I come in. Any minor issues I’ve ever had at this particular location was always addressed professionally as well.
