"Good & Bad "

Staff was fine. Free breakfast = 3 out of 5. Room wasn't in great shape, needs some rehab. Pretty brutal having room across from super noisy ice machine and staff using it in the wee hours; woke me every time. Liked the separate bedroom.

I love staying at Homewood suite's with the free breakfast and during the week the the social time at night. The spacious rooms with the kitchen makes it easy for family to make snacks and keep food on hand. I also love that there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room so that the family can watch different things at the same time. In some locations they have a two bedroom which is really nice.

My stay at Homewood Suites was pleasant. The hotel was clean and neat However, I will always stay at this Augusta Hotel because of a young lady named Tiera! HILTON, Send this lady to the top!!! From the start Tiera was beyond helpful and professional and went above and beyond. Tiera's customer service was top tier and what this industry and customer service is missing. I stay in hotels every week across the country, Tiera is bar far the best customer service rep I have ever come across and exceeds her tittle and responsibilities by a million X. Thank you Tiera. I just wanted to say that I was so excited about the food that was prepared for the buffet. There was plenty to choose from and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and very kind.

We did not know about the $50.00 hold but understood, We were told that the money would be put back into our account.

Clean room. Breakfast was good some days. They need a wider variety of food! Staff friendly and courteous. I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit family! I’ll be back.
