Stephen, Caleb, and Max were nice and helpful.

Where do I even begin? Firstly, I understand early check-in is based on availability. It was a busy weekend, so when asked weeks before if early check-in is an option, the Warwick should have said not for the dates of your stay. Secondly, a guaranteed room by 4:00 pm did not happen for me. My room (a king suite) was not ready until 4:40 pm. I had to rush to make the concert I solely traveled to Denver for. Thirdly, I was treated rudely by one of the receptionists. I listed her name in my formal complaint when I called Booking.com. She also blamed housekeeping for the delay, which I thought was completely unprofessional. Fourthly, there was no hot water. If that is what the Warwick stands for, then I will not be staying at one ever again, and I urge you not to as well.

Central. Good pizza.

‘City view’ marred by 07.00 building work and noise opposite. Bath/shower and sink plug holes both clogged. Need plunged. Heating controls for different system. Incomprehensible. Bar full of middle-aged beer drinkers.
