Sans Hotel Mataram Malioboro

It's close to Malioboro St. The staff is very polite, also they helped me with my luggage as I had to go to the 2nd.floor using the stairs

As it's common in Indonesia (as I can see) not to have wall or courtains around the shower, the floor is always wet. The light in the room is very bad, you don't have a side bed table, there's only 1 plug, and you have to use the stairs to go to the 2nd.floor

Good location, near the Malioboro by a few min walk.

The room is quite dark and damp, the lighting and ventilation is not enough to make comfortable stay.

They should clean up room and change bed sheet totally.That is very disgusting. 😫

Very convenient location.

No hot water in the morning. Other guests are super loud and you can hear them through your door late at night. Not very clean, some of the rooms smelled like a wet dirty towel. No complimentary shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The towel that was provided was dirty and smelled.

The location is good, near the main street. The staff were kind. We got bottled water every day. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was good.

Could be cleaner. The sink was leaking a little.
