"Terrible hotel..."

Location

-They did not provide us with toilet paper, even when we asked for it, they replied that if we wanted we could use tissues. -The room smelled terrible. We asked to change the room because of that and they didn't care, they said there's nothing they can do. -The room was not cleaned until we requested it. -Toilet really dirty.

Staff was friendly enough to attend the request.

We mentioned the water faucet need to be repaired since day one. It was only secured by rubber band and creating squeaking noise. This is not acceptable. Bathroom cleanliness need to improve if your facility planning to compete against other brands as Oyo or others.

TV ... only u-tube, yet tv remote controll useless. can't use fir 2 nites. When asked for hotel staff help, very slow and negative.. very bad Towel.. very old and not suitable Bath room... leaking oh toilet pipe hose.. unrepaired No iron... very bad
