La ubicación, fuera de la Medina, es buenísima, porque te permite llegar en coche casi hasta la puerta. Luego a 3 min entras en la Medina. El sitio en nuevo y el equipo super agradable y servicial.

Por poner un pero, justo nuestra habitación estaba debajo de la piscina de la cubierta y creo que había algún tipo de fuga. Porque había muchísima humedad en nuestra habitación y no en el resto del hotel.

First, the staff - really outstanding helpfulness, kindness, and good service throughout. We especially want to thank Hamzi, who helped with so many things (including good directions). The Riad is beautiful, and beautifully managed. Provided excellent guide (Kamal) for our very good day exploring the Medina and learning about history, culture, life today, etc. Also provided very good driver and guide for out-of-town excursion (although a bit challenging, as neither spoke much English) Excellent dinner, and lovely breakfasts Wonderful massage! Our rooftop room was simply wonderful, spacious, well organized space, functional

Posizione ottima, parcheggio pubblico a pagamento vicino. Riad tipico con terrazza panoramica; camera ampia. Colazione abbondante e con buoni prodotti.

Prezzo un po' alto, soprattutto quello della cena.

Bon accueil, belle chambre mis à part le chauffage ne fonctionnant pas.

The staff is great, and the receptionist Sofia [I hope I wrote it right] was amazing, professional and kind. Same applies to all the other staff, ladies and guy included. Rooms were cleaned and welcoming, the bed, matresses and pillows were comfy. Breakfast is delicious and if you want to order your dinner....the cocker is amazing too. The cooker must be fantastic. I had the best lamb tagine ever with a delicious sauce as a side. The riad is very cozy and traditional at the same time. Kindness and professionalist their quality. I recommend it if you have to travel to Meknes
