You are unable to drive up to the front door of this riad and (disappointingly) the hotel offers no assistance to transport your bags from the car park to the riad, which is approximately 150m. The property does not have a lift and the hotel staff did not offer any assistance to transfer our bags to the third floor room. All the shutters in our room were closed upon arrival. When we opened them, we discovered we overlooking the cemetery. Finally, upon check out, we were charged for an additional night. When we asked to speak to the manager, suddenly none of the staff were able to speak English. Finally we were advised that a manager would call us but unfortunately he wasn't available at that moment. Needless to stay, the manager never called us and we never received a refund for the additional night.

L'établissement est superbe et le personnel dévoué. Le chef hors pair . Bon petit déjeuner très copieux
Le rapport qualité prix. En effet aucune lampe de chevet dans la chambre. Il faut se lever pour éteindre la lumière. Les rideaux ne sont pas accrochés correctement et la vitre de douche non nettoyée. Le strict nécessaire pour la toilette et pas de shampooing ! Les draps non repassés.Pas de petite bouteille d'eau le deuxième jour. En demi-pension on vous compte le prix de la bouteille d'eau en plus ! Déçus
