Lugar con unas vistas impresionantes, habitación súper amplia con terraza propia con una mesa y 2 sillas, mas allá que hay otras terrazas de espacio común a compartir. La experiencia de una habitación en una cueva propiamente dicha es única, y está realmente muy bien equipado, cama de 2 plazas, sofá, armario, baño AMPLISIMO con yacuzzi y dos duchas!, y calefacción que no logré darme cuenta si es por losa radiante o por donde porque realmente estaba calefaccionada pero no era el suelo el que estaba caliente, era todo! El personal del FRONT DESK: IMPECABLE, inglés correcto, amabilidad mas que correcta, servicial y colaboradores para lo que une necesite, desde resolver un problema hasta realizar una llamada para un taxi o algún otro sitio. Enhorabuena por ellos, un 10! El personal del limpieza, no hemos tenido la oportunidad de verlos, ni hablar con ellos, pero hacían su trabajo de forma correcta. La calidad de los productos de desayuno y cena, eran muy buena. Internet : ÓPTIMA TENED EN CUENTA QUE ESTE HOTEL NO ESTÁ EN GÖREME A place with breathtaking views, a super spacious room with its own private terrace furnished with a table and two chairs, in addition to other shared terraces. The experience of staying in a room inside a cave is truly unique, and it's very well-equipped: a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, a HUGE bathroom with a jacuzzi and two showers! The heating was so good I couldn't quite figure out if it was underfloor heating or something else, because it was definitely heated, but it wasn't just the floor that was warm—everything! The front desk staff were IMPECCABLE. They had excellent English, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need, from solving a problem to calling a taxi or anything else. Congratulations to them, a 10 out of 10! We didn't have the chance to see or speak with the cleaning staff, but they did their job well. The quality of the breakfast and dinner items was very good.

**No es algo negativo, pero la experiencia de la habitación en una cueva no es para cualquiera, no dejan de ser HÚMEDAS, se nota y mucho y en mi caso, lo sentí mas porque soy asmático. Es solo un consejo, no una crítica negativa. **El personal del restaurante para almorzar y/o cenar, DEBE APRENDER INGLÉS!!!!, realmente lo necesitan!!! Son muy amables, pero no saben hablar el idioma, recurren al traductor del móvil cuando ven que no se pueden expresar o no se les entiende, eso se valora, pero es muy frustrante. Solamente hay una persona que es como el encargado del sala, que habla mucho mejor, y es muy empático, pero necesitan CAPACITACIÓN EN GENERAL TODO EL STAFF del restaurante. ** La habitación NO POSEE VENTANA CON DOBLE CRISTAL y la puerta muy bonita pero no aisla ruido, por lo que TODAS LAS MAÑANA A LAS 6AM, escucharás la llamada a rezar, ** No hay ascensor, muchas escaleras!!!! son 6 plantas ,pero es algo que es de esperar, igual te ayudan con las maletas **This isn't a negative point, but the cave room experience isn't for everyone. They are undeniably DAMP, very noticeable, and in my case, I felt it more because I have asthma. This is just a suggestion, not a negative review.** **The restaurant staff for lunch and/or dinner MUST LEARN ENGLISH!!!! They really need it!!! They are very friendly, but they don't speak the language. They resort to using a mobile translator when they realize they can't express themselves or aren't understood, which is appreciated, but very frustrating. There's only one person, like the manager, who speaks much better and is very empathetic, but the entire restaurant staff needs TRAINING.** **The room DOES NOT HAVE A DOUBLE-GLAZED WINDOW, and while the door is very nice, it doesn't soundproof, so EVERY MORNING AT 6 AM, you'll hear the call to prayer.** **There's no elevator, just lots of stairs!!!!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön.. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.. die Zimmer einzigartig..

Das Bett für die dritte Person war nur ein Klappbett.. die Zimmer sind gross genug um was richtiges zu stellen..

Absolutamente todo. Desde la ambientación hasta la comida, un lugar súper recomendable. La calidad del personal excelente, volvería a ir sin dudarlo.

Solo para decir algo, al no tener ascensor se dificulta mucho moverse dentro del hotel por lo que hay que ir preparado para subir escaleras.
