La habitación es bonita y amplia. El hotel cueva es bonito . Atentos en recepción y con disponibilidad para ayudarte

El desayuno es pobre y cuando algo se acaba no reponen en largo rato, no hay mantequilla ni zumos. El personal es ineficiente en el comedor. La habitación la limpian fatal, hacen la cama mal, cambian las toallas y nada más. No limpian. Creo que el personal es poco profesional y sin formación adecuada. La humedad en el baño es terrible, las tallas sin usar están humedad siempre. La ubicación está alejada de todo o tienes coche o no es buena idea ir allí.

I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C in a cave. The staff is friendly, responsive and always tries to do their best to serve you. The food in the restaurant is great with good options.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room were spacious and cozy nice decor to compliment the cave concept.

The hotel is lovely, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food was delicious - great cheese burger at dinner and fantastic breakfast. They helpfully accommodated my no gluten requirement. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic and pretty view over a valley with a few rock cut caves. They were very accommodating and kept our bags for the day after we checked out, so we could go on our tour.

No aircon in the room, and it was very hot. They did give us a fan when we asked though. The drain was blocked in the bathroom, but this was addressed the next day. The hotel is not in Göreme itself, but in a village about 10 min away. We stayed on the bottom floor and their are no lifts, so the stairs were hectic! Not okay for elderly or people with knee issues.
