Nous avions choisi la formule petit-déjeuner inclus. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et assez varié, avec de la charcuterie, du fromage ainsi que des spécialités turques. Je pense que chacun peut y trouver son compte. Le jaccuzi dans la chambre reste correct malgrés les problemes de Jet que nous avons rencontré au debut.

Nous avons passé six jours au Nino cave Hotel. L’emplacement est assez éloigné du centre-ville : il faut prendre un taxi, environ 10 € l’aller et 10 € le retour, ce qui revient assez cher sur la durée. Concernant le personnel de l’hôtel, nous les avons trouvés peu aimables, ni chaleureux, ni très polis. Pas de véritable "bonjour" à l’arrivée, ni de "au revoir" au départ. Nous sommes partis comme nous sommes arrivés, presque comme des inconnus. La chambre, quant à elle, nous a semblé très sombre, avec peu de lumière naturelle et une atmosphère assez étouffante, faute d’aération. Paradoxalement, dès le lever du soleil, la lumière pénètre fortement par une fenêtre dépourvue de rideau, ce qui gêne beaucoup le sommeil. En ce qui concerne les activités proposées par l’hôtel, je vous conseillerais de réserver plutôt dans les agences à Göreme, à Ürgüp ou encore via GetYourGuide, car les prix de l’hôtel sont plus élevés que ceux du marché.

La posizione eccezionale, sembra di essere in un paese magico ed incantato, la grandezza della stanza, la presenza della sauna che ha fatto la differenza, i materiali utilizzati tutti naturali e in pietra, la cura dei particolari.

I due letti singoli, uno dei quali era una brandina, parecchio scomodi, la mancanza di un’aerazione forzata nella zona bagno che, essendo cieco, sarebbe stata assolutamente necessaria.

The view from the property was lovely and the restaurant served good food.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was not great. The location is poor and not convenient at all. The rooms felt stuffy, smelled of humidity, and there was no air conditioning. They have different “categories” of rooms, each with very different layouts, so what you see in the photos might not be what you get. The staff were not helpful or accommodating, and we decided to check out earlier than planned. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has an 8.8 rating.

I overall had a wonderful experience. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of character, with plenty of room to relax. The hotel grounds were beautiful – the outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the views and relaxing, and the breakfast was tasty with a nice selection. The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.

The bathroom was impressively large, though the ventilation could be improved as steam from the shower left the room feeling damp. The lighting in the room was dimmer than expected, which made it a bit dark even during the day. However, I did encounter a frustrating issue with airport transport. I had arranged this through the hotel, and while the transport personnel and hotel staff had confirmed a new time, that change was not communicated to me. When I asked for clarification, the staff member I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, which left a sour note on an otherwise great stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made my stay even more special. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is also great—just a quick 10-minute drive from Göreme, so it's peaceful but still close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again!
