Garnet Inn & Suites, Morehead City near Atlantic Beach

Was given a room that someone else was already in. The room we ultimately stayed in smelled of mildew. Would not recommend

Rooms had a funky smell and there was a dead fly on one of the pillows

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to go do. It is an older facility but well maintained.

I loved that the a/c & shower worked very good, but the room could've been cleaner. The towels were also thin & small & the tv didn't work.

Great location, great parking (with a boat trailer). Great service. Room was musty or damp. Noticed mold in bathroom on ceiling and behind the toilet. I may be more critical than others because I am a licensed home inspector. Prices were reasonable.

The room was dirty when we arrived. There was pet hair all over the bed and the sheets were stained. Also, it rained over night and the ceiling leaked, ruining some of our personal belongings. ‘I’ll have them look at it.’ Was all they said. No apologies or anything. We won’t be returning.

No soap. Smelled like mold, visible black mold on the ceiling. Roaches. Previous guest drink bottles left in room. Stains on bedding. Toilet in room and in guest lobby would not flush. Guest check in bathroom had no paper towels or soap and trash all over the floor.
