Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Walla Walla

Location was good. A short walk to downtown restaurants.

Some of the carpet was dated.

The staff was polite

The room was filthy, there was feces on the bathroom wall, the air system was terrible and missing half the buttons and the bed is rock hard.

Rude staff, murky hot tub, my reservation was cancelled without notification and I was charged $266 per night to stay in that shithole.

It was barely ok-nothing special. The hotel was virtually empty so very quiet. Had booked a 1st floor room (disability issues) to find out we were booked on the 2nd floor with no elevator. He did change it but had to verify room available with sole housekeeper.

The bed was horrid hard. Not enough pillows as requested-only one housekeeper on duty, told she was too busy to supply. Shower definitely needs attention-grout lines need good scrubbing or replacing of the grout in between the shower sections. Virtually empty hotel-yet water pressure minimal. Shower head needs replacing. Asked for extra coffee supplies-not provided. Can't get in or out of the hotel after 9pm, doors locked, no one at the desk.
