"Terrible experience with booking.com. They cancelled my stay. I can't trust them to hold a booking."

Booking.com canceled my booking, for no reason, leaving my stranded, at night, without a room and no good options. I traveled all day and when I arrived, the front desk said that Booking.com had cancelled my stay. Booking.com did not have my permission to cancel. It was a horrible experience.

"It's ok. Proximity to Main Street is the main reason to stay here."

Breakfast was great- the best part of the stay. Lots of options. Our room faced the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Water pressure in shower was very good. Didn't try the pool/hot tub.

It's an older building, furniture is rather worn e.g. the chairs in our room. Doors/walls are thin so noise in hallway may be a problem if you're a light sleeper if other guests are rowdy. Strong chemical cleaner/air freshener smell in the lobby area. Was surprisingly expensive perhaps b/c a busy weekend in town?

"would stay elswhere next time"

didnt have breakfast

no explanation of how to engage the shower- when I asked at the desk - "its a Moen" I dont know what a Moen is. Also no pllug so one could take a bath - answer "thats why we have a Hot tub i by the pool'

"Very aggressive owner"

The owner came into the pool because we were making waves for our kids and proceeded to cuss us out infant of our 6 and 3 years old. Never gave us a "hey could you you guys stop" or anything just strait to calling us "stupid fat white people".

Nothing the whole motel has a very bad smell

"Just what we needed!"

The hotel was clean, staff were very nice and helpful, and this was a good option close to downtown Walla Walla.

The facility is a little dated and could use a few upgrades but overall it was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.
