Staff were very friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was far better than the typical continental. Our little dog was welcomed.

"Don’t stay at this location, the staff is rude and it’s a ripoff!"

The location

They charged us an extra $25.00 to check in early even though the room was available. They also charged our Credit card $100.00 after we left, and when we called and ask why they said because we used the face towels to wipe off make up! They also did not give us a receipt when we checked out, said it has to come from bookings.com since we booked thru them, never heard that before!

It was the perfect location! The breakfast was excellent, great variety!

The first night, the receptionist was not very friendly. Also, e tried to check in 2 hours early and they said they would charge us a $25 fee.

"A great home base for visiting all that Walla Walla has to offer!"

Great location, relatively quiet, good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Bed and pillows comfy!

All was fine. We got there 20 minutes before check in and were told if we wanted to go to the room before 3:00, there was a $25 charge. I asked if the room was ready — it was. I said we would wait in the car. He said go ahead. By this time it was 2:45. What a silly policy. If the room is ready, there is no reason to charge a fee, except greed. Seems it would be a good customer relations to WELCOME guests as soon as they arrive!
