What a lovely hotel ,I read the other reviews and found nothing like them ,The staff were excellent and bed and towels were all very clean ,we enjoyed the breakfast we stay there for 4days for visiting a close friend in hospital so I would recommend this hotel

pleasant stay, close to the center; shops and restaurants.

Wouldn't stay again front staff not helpful, when checking in you have to go up one flight up stairs and while me and my family were struggling the staff just watches you not lifting a finger. Hotel is outdated wouldn't stay here again

room is clean but poorly maintained, missing quite a few light bulbs and very few available electric outlets are available. undergrand parking space is very tight

Room and facilities were satisfactory. Cleaned daily. Staff were helpful .Good location for Buses, taxis on main road to Granada centre.

I liked the hotel. It was clean. The breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold and breads were not fresh. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood

I just got back from Spain trip. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to write about this one to save other's misery. I stayed one night at this hotel last week.The photos of this hotel at Expedia.com really fooled me. It seemed they just remodeled their bathrooms but other than that, everything at this hotel seemed so old. The hotel room smelled very funny, like it's not been used over years. The bed was awful and air conditioner wasn't working so we couldn't fall asleep because it was so hot. But that's not the reason I am writing this review. The next morning I found a little bump on my thigh. It was so close to my private part, I didn't take a photo or make a formal complaint. I thought it would go away but it didn't. It got bigger and and a few days later it broke open and bled. I went to a local pharmacy and explained it, and she said it's a bug bite reaction. She prescribed a antibiotic ointment. To make a long story short, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, not even 2 star inn. Save yourself from all this misery. Just stay away.

It's far from a 4 star hotel. It's a 2 star hotel! Nice people, clean, big room but very old and bad conditions room and furniture.

Visited Granada with daughter. Loved the location. Room was fine but not as we expected. The photo showed a balcony and sunny yellow spacious room and we got a small gray almost windowless room. The service was very nice and the hotel was clean. The keys didn't always work which was frustrating being on the 3rd floor especially when the elevator wasn't working! But I would stay there again any time I got the chance to be in Spain!

Close to the train station. Good sized room for family of three. Very quiet for restfull sleep. No wireless in room, lots of stairs to get to our room which could be an issue for people with big luggage pr dissabilities.
