Close to the railway station, within walking distance with luggage. Friendly staff and good service. A 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town and even further to the Alhambra. Very close to the Plaza de Toros and worth a visit.

Very good facilities for a hotel in Europe. The staff is very friendly as well.

Stayed 2 nights on our Leger tour. Nice room with a small balcony that overlooked the main street. There was some noise from the trams but the french doors remarkably shut most of it out. Safe available for hire at 2 euros a night although it is key operated which I personally find annoying as you need to carry the key with you and presumably lose your deposit if it goes missing. In this day and age they should be digitally operated. Plenty of sockets in the room which is always useful. Authentic reception and bar area. The bar was usually manned by a young guy who was very efficient but spoke no English but was still friendly & polite. Unfortunately the bar was shut at 11pm on our last night presumably because no one was using it. However there are a couple of nice bars across the street if this should happen. The big let down is the food quality. Part of our package included dinner which was a fixed menu. We were offered fish on both nights which was served cold and tasteless, cold vegetable soup which was runny and an apple for desert on our last night. Most people had got up and left before that course though.

Location is great, very close to centre and easy access to everywhere. Hotel has a lot of all the usual amenities and very helpful staff. A lot of reviews are very negative, but what others have said was not our experience at all.

Property easily accessed from train station on foot. Warm setting, comfortable rooms with excellent bath facilities. Very tidy. Attentive staff. Reasonable price. Several restaurants and food shops very nearby.

The hotel is in the city centre. Very closely located to the main tourist attractions.

This is the third time my wife and I have used this hotel when have a few days in Granada. The hotel is very dated but it has a certain charm. It may not appeal to everyone, we like where it is situated in relation to the tourist attractions which are all within walking distance or it is possible to take the team which stops outside of the hotel.

Nice hotel within walking distance or a short cab ride from everything fun! Great value and super nice staff.

This hotel is not on the center but not so far .Be able to walk to center very easily.And you can find many markets nearby and a good restaurant just near on the corner called LA CUEVA This hotel is old fashioned has some beauty. But some facilities are out of time.The elevator is only one and it was very little ,slow ,busy and noisy.We stayed back side of the hotel .So the room has not enough sunshine ,bright ,air..But the Bathroom was perfect.It has a bidet and two sinks.The person who is on the reseption was helpful.the breakfast is not extraordinary. Finally this hotel's rate may be almost 3 stars..

Nice room. No ramps for luggage to reception and elevator. Parking was 15 euro per night. Iron not available which was an issue. It was 2km from Alhambra but takes 20 minutes to get there. We got lost trying to come up from parking; got trapped in the next building, if I didn't have a local SIM card we would have been trapped. There is road noise since its on a main street.
