Hotel M.A. Princesa Ana

Excellent location and great service.

The hotel and Orbitz included air conditioning as an amenity. It was 85 degrees in Granada the day of my visit. There was no air conditioning. I was told it would be cool at night to open the windows which have no screens. It was so hot I left the hotel and sought other arrangements. There was no refund I was deceived by Orbitz and the hotel and both profited on this deception. Leaving a senior citizen in a hot room after being outside in the heat is unacceptable especially when it’s expressly stated there was air conditioning. I don’t stay at places without air conditioning. Both Orbits and Hotel M. A. Princess ripped me off by theft by deception and false advertising.

Amazing staying. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, nice. The location is convenient, just a few min walking distance from train station.

El hotel es fantástico y excelente relación calidad precio. El desayuno de buffet fabuloso con opciones sin gluten. Muy bien comunido rápidamente en autobús, por ejemplo, con el centro, la gran vía. Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La cama enorme y el baño también. En la habitación individual eché en falta por ejemplo una neverita pequeña o un hervidor de té, aunque hay un bar en el vestíbulo, que es precioso, y te sirven lo que necesitas. Muy recomendable

Buena situación

En comparación precio con habitación súper caro, me daban a elegir entre una habitación un poco más grande pero con camas individuales , elegí la de la cama amtrimonial y la habitación súper chica . Lo único que vi bien el cuarto de baño . No vuelvo a repetir .

Hotel catalogado de 4 estrellas, nada que ver. Cortinas y sabanas rasgadas, baño sucio, un enchufe en toda la habitación. En el armario no se podía colgar el abrigo.
