Booked 3 rooms. The 1st room had live worms in the sink, 2nd room have one side of the wall next to the bed, covered with black mold, and the 3rd room have booger sticked to the wall with hair. We had to stay for a night as we arrived late at night. They tried cleaning up the room but it was still unsatisfactory. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but decided to check out early. No refund or whatsoever was given despite the state of the rooms they have given us and ending up only using 2 rooms out of 3 for 1 night. They informed us that the place will be repainted.

Good location, hot shower, 2 beds in the room. Quiet room, elevator. Good personal and security. No insects. A close convenience store and cafes were nearby. Welcoming water. I liked public transport there.

Some additional cleaning could be added to common places and rooms.

Location and the nice Cafe next door

There's an elevator and the location is just right at the night market.

It was very filthy. The walls have cracks and brown spots on them and the bathroom ceiling is broken and molded. While the sheets looked clean, the pillows have a "used" smell in them so I ended up wrapping them with the sheets then used my own towel as blanket. I know it's only 1000 pesos per night but I've booked places that are half the price but were clean. I mean, isn't that the bare minimum?
