Great location, opposite roxas market

Check in was a disaster, only one of two booked rooms were ready, and the booking was a real headache The experience wasn’t pleasant at all

"Good and peaceful stay . I hope they will improve their housekeeping and add kettle for convenience."

Location is superb .. its accessible to all public transport and its at the center of davao city. Roxas night market is just across the hotel. Theres an affordable cafe at the ground floor with delish pastries.

The shower’s water pressure is low , theres no water kettle for coffee , we stayed for 4 days and they never clean the room.
