The Barrington Hotel

The beds were comfortable and the room itself was spacious. The a/c worked well. Check-in was easy. Ice machines were easy to find.

Pet friendly hotel - nowhere for pets to potty. There's a courtyard in the middle of the building that they could be easily converted into a little space for dogs to go out. Even if they put a surveillance system to make sure owners cleaned up after they pottied. The elevators were extremely slow. The pool was hard to find. The tub was slippery and no anti-slip mat was provided.

Small outdated rooms

It was good, location was great, clean, staff was great. The rooms were a little dated, chips out of the enamel on the tub and chips out of the paint on the trim. Nothing major, just noticeable. We wanted to have breakfast in the Tempo restaurant on Sunday morning, but it wasn’t going to be open till nine, due to an event. This wasn’t great news because we had to catch a bus at nine, and there wasn’t much open until eight or nine. The swimming pool area was also not very inviting, but overall, out party of three did enjoy our stay.

Location, price is usually good. Beds are comfy and clean

Outdated, they don’t do housekeeping- you call if you need something. Parade is kinda far and is expensive

I liked that it was close to the venue where the event was being held.

We stayed for several nights and it would be nice that our room was at least set with new towels, and essentials for hygiene such as toilet paper

Excellent location, very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

A bit dated.
