"The worse stay at the Barrington hotel"

The location

The room was booked for 4 and set up for 3. Phone did not work, the hall light did not work. The fridge was not clean out or the garbage was removed. Long piece of material hanging off the bed that my friend tripped on.

Location was excellent!

Our mattress in room 308 was absolutely ridiculously broken. The bed was soft and no support - as in springs were broken - on the left side. We were still able to sleep well on the right side (closer to the window) but it required both of us to sleep on the right half of the mattress.

Great location for walking in downtown Halifax. But too expensive for the quality of hotel.

Rooms are very dated. Never saw cleaning staff - that made the hotel not feel as clean as it should be. Hotel does not have complimentary tea and coffee available.
