Feeling dust smell and all things are very old even toilet flush take more time

location is perfect

rooms are very dated!!!!!!

Good location

Rooms are very warn looking, dirty looking carpet, old chipped furniture, and tired bathroom fixtures.

L’emplacement du stationnement qui n’est pas relié à l’hôtel mais à l’emplacement de l’hôtel Delta. Ce serait bien de nous demander à l’avance si nous aurons besoin d’un stationnement pour notre voiture et ainsi nous donner les consignes pour s’y rendre.

Like the location being so close to everything downtown

Didn’t like that we had to call 4 times and wait about 45 mins for a cot but you guys where very quick to warn us about quiet time at 10pm before getting us our cot

Quiet reception, good hotel cleanliness.

I had problems using the pool; other guests with children didn't respect the rules and there was no staff member supervising. Also, on my first day, even after asking the staff member in the hallway, my room wasn't cleaned, and my towels weren't changed.
