Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John

I think it waa just okay, compared to other hotels I have been to.

The breakfast did not have a lot of options, limited and not very interesting. Didn't think we will be offered packet juices compared to freshly squeezed I have had in other places. There were no shower cap or even 1 bath robe in the bathroom. The beds were not properly made, and given the fact it was our anniversary, which I have pre-innformed the reception desk at time of booking, a little detail to even say happy anniversary would have mattered and shown attention to information. Not that it matters but I have had better experiences. Remembered one of our experiences, it was a little note placed in our room when we arrived, wishing us a happy anniversary. Again, not that it mattered but that little act will make us return to that same hotel anytime we are in that city.

Everything ! Just beautiful !

It is attached to the mall which was very convenient, I had a group for a child’s birthday and the hotel was very large and offered space for them to have fun , large rooms and beautiful views , the staff at the front desk were amazing and so helpful with all my questions and needs ,

Friendly staff. Nice room.

The location is excellent walking distance uptown Saint John. The view of King st from our room was fantastic. City lights and the sunsetting over the water was beautiful.

Small thing but no garbage bag in the trash can.
