Stayed here recently for a get away. Staff at the desk was kinda and welcoming, but the restaurant service was hit or miss. I wouldn't blame the staff, it mostly appeared to be understaffed in the bar and breakfast areas. hallways and elevators were a bit dated, but it seems like this wont be an issue for much longer. Very close to Metro station made it very easy to get around. I drove, but I left my car in the garage the whole weekend dispite the in and out privleges because walking and subway is so much easier. Maybe less snow next time though. Good luck with the rebuild!
