Liked the staff and how the cleaning staff is so responsive

1. Balcony is really poorly kept. Broken walls, dirty floors, spider webs all over! Very disappointing. 2. Need the hospitality / restaurant staff to bring napkins/ cutlery 3. I could hear the top floor bathroom flushes / water flow throughout the night 4. Upgrade the TVs to smart TVs. Currently it’s standard TVs, whereas competitive hotels have better versions.

Great hotel! Our room was on the top floor and quite spacious. Quiet. Breakfast buffet was included and quite good… get an omelette! Parking is really tight- we have a big Ford F150 which was a bit challenging, but we managed to squeeze in there. Location is great, central and near two metro stops.

Il n y avait pas d eau chaude à la piscine pour la douche (2 jours) et nous avons été moyennement contents de la propreté à la piscine !

La moquette de la chambre (818) est un peu passée de temps, vielle. un bar ouvert trop peu de temps un espace confort trop juste à l'intersol
