Was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the position was perfect, a good compromise for the price!

The staff, was kind of cold and very detached. The morning, I was late for the breakfast of 10 minutes ( I know was my fault) .after I apologized many time, some of them were very disturbingly annoyed to me, huffing and puffing, nonetheless one of them very not polite and sour. The parking not included in the price

It was very quiet and comfortable.

The price was high. $400+USD per night, plus parking.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Hotel! The hotel itself was beautifully kept, modern, and in a perfect location. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with excellent maid service throughout our stay. The restaurant food was really good and the cocktails were amazing too. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating which made the experience even better. The location was ideal — right near the Parliament Buildings and only a short walk to Ottawa’s main street with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Only negative was the walls are quite thin & you can hear the people if they are loud enough in the next room! However, not a hotel issue as such. They can’t control the volume of the guests that book! Overall, it was fair priced and excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

I only liked the bed—nothing else

I really didn't like that the room was so dirty—there was a lot of dust—and that the toilet wouldn't flush, so I had to lift the lid and flush it manually. It was really gross.

The rooms were very nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations.
