The staff was cordial during the check-in and check-out process. The location is optimal for anyone taking public transportation, especially due to the proximity to the LRT and STO network. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Ottawa.

While my experience exceeded my expectations, I have two really minor things. I was given directions to the elevator from the lobby. That path in the front of the hotel seemed long to get to my room compared to a more direct set of elevators near the rear of the building. Also, having two bottles of water in the room that were available for an extra charge is a little frustrating, as I've been through situations where hotels gave me more than double of that for free.
