This is my second stay at the Chelsea in Toronto. Both stays were great. Clean comfortable, very close to the hospital, city hall, the infamous Yonge and Dundas. 45 minute walk to the CN tower and Rogers Centre, within walking distance of most of the shops on Queen Street, and if we didn't want to walk it was an inexpensive uber ride around downtown.

Both rooms I stayed in had issues with the bathroom. I mentioned the first visit issues to the front desk staff. The faucet and shower head were not secured to the counter top or wall tiling. On the second visit, we had the same issue with the cold water tap. Neither instance had any negative effect on our stay.
