Hotel Thaynes, Park City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I really liked the friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel restaurant has a great vibe and good Italian/pizza food. Only reason for less than 5 stars in some areas is the renovation work trays was happeing during our stay. Can't wait to see it after completion of renovations.

This property is in the middle of a major renovation. It would have been nice to know that

Walkable trails and groceries

Booked this place specially for the pool and gym, both were closed and I was not given a heads up. When I travel for work I need to have the option to exercise, would have appreciated notice that the facilities were down. Besides that my room was nice

Pool was closed for construction, but that's understandable.

Hotel was under desperate need of renovation. The hotel was very loud, even beyond that of construction. No sound proofing between room and hall.

This hotel is under serious remodeling with partial built columns in front of the elevator access/egress making it unsafe to move luggage through the hotel. Including plastic hanging in the hall way that is not close to completion. Stay away!!

Park City Peaks Hotel is an easy drive to Main Street. The hotel was super quiet even though they are renovating the hotel. The underground parking was nice but a bit of a mess due to the renovation. The breakfast was good and had sausage, eggs, potatoes, breakfast breads and fruit. The common areas and rooms were clean. They are building a nice outdoor areas that will be nice once it is finished, but for now the view is a construction site. The staff were all very helpful and nice.

This hotel is very cool. Robes in the room!! Comfortable, friendly staff, chill environment. We enjoyed our stay very much.
