Hotel Thaynes, Park City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Drove 13 hours looking forward to a nice meal, drinks and a nice visit to the hot tub . Get here restaurant and bar and pool area closed!! Very disappointed ! Was fine with the price if they were open but 133.00 for just a bed is very high. Should be notified if they do not offer what they list on Orbitz!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Good breakfast. Nice people. Good location. The room was nice, spotless when I returned at the end of the day. I will go back next year when my surgery conference comes back around. The front desk was very helpful and attentive to my needs.

I love this hotel and knew they were under construction, but thought I had read the hot tub was open. And didn’t realize there’s no breakfast two of the three days were there. That definitely would have changed our plans.

Our stay was perfect. Chad was great checking us in and keeping constant contact with us by text. They are under construction but not an interference at all. Breakfast was yummy. The restaurant and bar were awesome. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Bailey and his manager were so nice. I’m a hard customer when it comes to drinks and I ask for a drink off the menu. They both made it to perfection. We are building a house near by, will be staying there for all visits.

I've stayed at this hotel for work four times, and it has always been a nice, affordable option and I've appreciated the amenities and location. This time it was disappointing. The hotel made it known when booking that the fitness center and pool would not be available due to renovations. The big surprise upon arrival was no lobby, which has been a nice place for small meetings with colleagues and to work outside of a hotel room. It was loud and a little messy but thankfully contained during decent hours. No break on the weekend. I thought the hotel could be more open about the state of the hotel and provide guests with some complimentary add-ons like a better price or free beverage and app at the on-site restaurant. The free shuttle service to the ski areas is great!
