"Excellent"

The pool and pool deck. Comfortable beds.

Dirty bathroom floor, broken elevator (still - it was broken during our stay 6 months ago), trash on ground, staff overwhelmed the only working elevator, without apology, so we had to take stairs 99% of our time to avoid long waits with or without luggage.

"Ontbijt prima personeel vriendelijk"

Personeel heel vriendelijk en met name behulpzaam.

Geen lift. Arme jongen van receptie moest 4 zware koffers naar boven sjouwen. Badkamer alleen douche de rest aan de andere kant. Dit is GEEN hotel maar motel. Geen xxxx waard

I liked the location and free cookies.

"Super hôtel"

Très belle hotel, pour une nuit c’était super. Le petit-déjeuner était top La chambre très propre et le lit était super confortable

Etant française mon anglais n’est pas top, lorsque que j’ai appelé la réception pour le transport inclus de l’aéroport aucun effort n’a été fait quand à la prononciation ou répété plus lentement. J’ai demandé à ce que l’on me voit les informations par mail ou via booking, je n’ai rien reçu, le taxi n’est pas venu et j’ai du en commander un et payer de ma poche.

Very comfortable room and bed. Clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was good for my purposes. I had meeting in Point Loma area.
