A Victory Hotel - Southfield

After we (family) turned in for the night, the bugs invaded my room i witnessed them crawling under the door (Roaches) large couldn’t sleep & i had my little baby. Haven’t seen Bold Ass roaches like that since the 70’s

Only thing I liked was the staff the lady at the front desk was very friendly, but on another note the room was not clean, they had roaches, sheets were not clean. Etc will never come there again also the Jets were not working in the jacuzzi.

The tv didnt work and they had bugs

The room was disgusting, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was so dusty and dirty and everything was stained and chipped or broken. The phone had no cord to plug in to use it, the smoke detector had no batteries so it kept beeping, and there was about a half inch of space between the door and the door jam, so you could see outside and cold air was blowing in. The heat wouldn’t turn on either so it was freezing. We were in the room for a total of 5 minutes and only that long to stay out of the snow while we figured out somewhere else to go. The front desk woman was very nice, the only thing about this place that didn’t suck. I would recommend that they be shut down. The pictures attached don’t even show the full extent of how bad it was.

Place is dirty the jetted tubs are old and shabby there wore black skin flakes and looked like some bed bug droppings as well couldnt get any clean sheets black mold in the bathroom behind the toilet and in other corners.

Staff rude, when i fjrst got there aint make me feel wanted and bed bit me up wit bedbugs... shower was dirty, and i already went through so mich trying to find a place too stay rhat night.

Bathroom was atrocious! The one area that should be spotless was absolutely not.

No phones in the room to contact the front desk. Didn’t want to be outside alone there either. Just looked better online that it actually was.

The front was not friendly, or polite. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking. They were free led with cigarette smoke. It was terrible. I will never, ever visit that place again. It was awful.
