A Victory Hotel - Southfield

This hotel had roaches real bad I did not enjoy my stay

First room had no air. Second room was recently updated however the security chain was missing. Then, I was moved to a third room because they missed the note on the special requests indicating that I travel with a service dog. The third room was not clean and the bathtub facet was missing. I should not have been moved to a room that should not have been rented because I had a service dog. Of course, with two room moves a phone charger was left behind and no call from the hotel. The staff at the desk were not friendly. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

I never stay at hotel like this ... I don’t even stay only needed to sleep for a few hours .. Everything Dirty in this hotel and and if you sleep in your car better the service very bad I told him to change the room and all same and I left the hotel And I will never choose this brand.

Property should be condemned, not livable for the price.

The room had a mildew smell, hole in the bathroom door, mirror cracked & plate covers exposing the wires...

Room smelled like smoke odor

Coming through the door the service was excellent the room not so good no windows that are open stuffy the carpet could smell better and there's no blanket I would not recommend it to anyone but it was okay for that one night could not have stayed two

The staff is rude and not helpful at all; Room was not what I expected; very outdated; the the tub had water in it and the handle was broken;Noticed a bed bug! Huge dumpster with trash blocking view from some rooms! Just terrible!

Had mild in my bathroom jet tub was broken

T.V. did not work, hallway was under construction hazardess materials and space surrounding room. Cockroaches found in the bathroom. Bathroom sink stopped up.
