"Lacking in Customer Service. Food was Terrible."

Customer Service Lacking. Burger bun served frozen. Wine old. No apology or acknowledgment. Staff too busy fratinizing with each other. Had to walk to the front for service. On a positive- Rooms clean and comfortable. No odors or noise.

The Staff was amazing! They made us feel right at home, if we needed anything they were there for the cause! The front desk was amazing...The Room supervisor was so attentive when I needed anything extra! Everyone did everything with a smile and was so accommodating!

The bar was just wine and beer lol...the bar needed some personality..the breakfast was bland gray sausage and what look.like powdered eggs . They can do way better at 200 a night!

"Basic and fine for a travel sport weekend. quiet, clean room. lame breakfast"

basic. lighting was sterile in our room. hotel pool was covered with mold and unfilled as of april. breakfast was basic and borderline gross - fruit was gross, sausage drenched in fat, coffee tasted stale/burnt.

improved lighting in rooms. lotion in bathroom. more efficient use of room space - a lot of weird dead space.

Hyatt is well located, quiet and staff always courteous. You feel far from Richmond but it's just minutes away. Conference rooms, gym and a pool ready for the summer
