Nice spacious room. Was provided a credit for dinner and that was great. Has indoor pool but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Bed and sheets are very comfortable too. Staff that worked at restaurant are very friendly, hardworking and engaging. Like the shuttle bus service and the bus driver was super friendly and helpful with our luggages when we arrived but we have a different bus driver the next day and he was okay.

Check-out is slow. Only 1 staff and chatting away with small talks with the guest checking out causing a delay and there were other guests coming up too. Be professional and respect that there is a line and not everyone likes to hear small talk when we are in a hurry and wants to get checked out to make it in time for the shuttle. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

"Great hotel near SFO airport"

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Nicole at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She also made sure that my requests were fulfilled. She even gave me some “extras”, mainly because I am a member of Bonvoy. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The bed was as expected of a Wesin hotel, ultra comfortable. There is a restaurant at the lobby floor as well as a Starbucks. The location was great if you need a place to stay near the SFO airport. There was no mini bar in our room but there was a coffee machine. There were some minor wear and tear things in things in the room but nothing major. I would stay at this hotel again if I am in need of a hotel near the SFO airport.

"Mysterious charges"

Stayed here for one night while laying over after flying in from Asia and departed early the following morning. Days later found mysterious charge on credit card that was never informed about. Have tried countless times to contact hotel with no success. Finally today was told charge was a destination fee? Not sure what that’s for but wish I was told before checking out.
